12Hrs Walk Putrajaya 2009

Tak puas ati..38km jer??????
teruk la dowh..
Urat kaki kanan bengkak la..apa la..itu la..ini laa..
First 3 hrs mmg cun..cover 29km.. cun..pace pun ok
Tp masuk jam seterusnya hancus! Teruk gler..


I will come again next year!

huhu..yeah for first 3 hrs mmg bleh dibanggakan utk aku as ex-walker yang dah tinggalkan lama acara ni..almost 5 years dah stop masuk walking event macam ni..but around 2.30am gitu was my night mare.. kaki langsung tak bleh angkat..muscle balakang lutut kaki kanan dah swell.. joint kat bahagian atas kaki kiri pon out few min lepas tu.. aku dah terduduk, tersujud menahan sakit kat venue..i try to walk again..few meters jatuh lagi..too bad..sampai la dlm jam 3am rescue dtg kasi bantuan kecemasan...

aku ada kat dewan perbadanan putrajaya mlm tu..mlm yg 12 hrs walk tu...adeh..aku tak tau ko join run tu...aku ada dari jam 8mlm sampai 12tghmlm

zaid: yer betol en.zaid..aku ada kat area tu..uhahaha....12midnight aku masih bejalan lagi..coach tak kasi stop..kol 1 baru take break bout 15min..sambung jalan pastu k.o
pehal ko x join alang2 dah sampai c2..jalan je..bukan larik pon..
