"Over the weekend a group of KOMA peeps descended unto Taiping to participate in Suunto 6-hours Rogaining event. We had three teams joining the race – KOMA Explorer, KOMA Disoriented, and KOMA Kurang Ais. After a grueling six hours of running (40++km!!!) around Taiping under the hot sun and rain looking for 50 checkpoints (tabik aaaa korang!!!), Team KOMA Disoriented (Zana, Hasfuan and Atan) won second place for Mixed Open category. Congrats, my friends! Team KOMA Explorer (Zahir, Farrah and Ijoy) won most charming team – diorg ni mmg ceria je berlari, senyum maintain, I likeeeee. Team KOMA Kurang Ais (Pak’e and Aiman) gave their competitive all even though they were racing without a third team member – sangat good sportmanship. At the same time, while the race is taking place, a group of KOMA ladies hiked up Bukit Larut for fun and as part of Kinabalu training. Chaiyokkkk!!
