Men's Health Run

It was in Putrajaya (25th July 2009)...
Run in hot day!!! F***..it was very hot.
friend of mine - pancit bah!!! he could not finish the run..kasian!

Run uphill, downhill, cross the bridge, less water station,

Too many runners tonight! macam shial..

Macam biasa, i extremely enjoy the run

We bla balik around 11++pm and straight to "Pemandangan Kampung" to refill back what ever yang dah ilang juz now.. eat like tak penah makan duplohjuta tahun...oowhhchh so scarryyy...

Bla to home around 12midnight with mata ngantuk+badan penat...

RUN KOMA RUN!!!!
